Continuous learning is the best form of self-improvement. Besides, reading is among the best stress-busters out there.

3. Have multiple sources of income.

You cannot rely on just one source of income to help you be successful. Millionaires around the world have a minimum of 3-4 sources of income. If you only have a 9 to 5 job to rely on, find something else of interest and work on it. If you are good at it, you can definitely earn from it. However, bear in mind that it will take time to build a source of income but it is worth the effort and time invested. Do a lot of research and you should be on your way.

4. Be goal oriented and result-driven. Know the goals that you want to achieve, break them down into shorter goals and tasks so as to achieve them. Having a clear goal in mind and working towards them will keep you focused and help you be more productive. Set deadlines and evaluate your performance towards those goals. Don't fear failure for it is a part of your success helping you learn and grow.

5. Prioritize your health. Exercise and food choices affect your stress levels, mood, productivity and almost every other aspect of your life. Being healthy is an important part of being successful. Exercising is a great way to reduce stress while good food choices give you the energy to accomplish anything on your to-do list. Prioritize your sleep as well; sufficient sleep will help you regain focus and has been shown to improve productivity levels.

6. Surround yourself with positivity.

Your thought process is often influenced by those who surround you. Positive people tend to have a great impact on how you feel and will always motivate you towards your goals. Besides, being around those who are successful will help you learn a lot. Don't make the mistake of comparing your progress to theirs.
