Traditional employers have often believed that remote employees or employees who work from home aren't as productive as their in-office counterparts.

Remote workers were earlier seen to be lazy and unproductive while remote jobs weren't considered to be real jobs. 2020 has changed the view of remote work or work from home. Companies were forced to work from home due to the pandemic but they saw an increase in productivity and a reduction in costs.


Remote work or work from home is being implemented more heavily around the world because of the many benefits it provides to employees and companies. It does save the company several expenses while employees enjoy more time with their families, have higher productivity levels, and achieve an increase in overall work satisfaction.   • Myth #7 - Remote workers have no work-life balance. Fact - Something that many argue where working from home also means that the lines between work life and personal life get blurred. Planning activities like gym, family time, taking care of pets, passions, or hobbies, and organizing them around your work is much easier as a remote worker.
